Refund Policy


1. Overview

SK ONLINE MARKETING (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED aims to deliver quality and measurable results for every client.
However, due to the nature of advertising services, refunds are limited and governed by this policy.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted if:
– The project has not started and no work has been delivered. 
– Services delivered do not match the agreed scope of work. 
– A campaign was canceled before launch due to internal issues or force majeure.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable when:
– Campaigns have been launched or media funds spent. 
– Performance results differ due to platform algorithms or audience behavior. 
– Client-provided materials caused suspension, delays, or policy violations. 
– The client changes project objectives after initiation.


4. Refund Process

– Requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of the issue. 
– All refund claims are reviewed by the management team. 
– Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds or service credits may be issued if part of the campaign or deliverables are incomplete or delayed due to our responsibility.


6. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related disputes shall first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, they will be governed under the laws of Pakistan and handled by the courts of Kohat.
